Diana Yates

Diana Yates is an AHPRA-registered OT, committed to ethical, independent practice. Diana has over 35 years of OT experience in disability, OHS, and working within compensation and injury management systems (WorkSafe, TAC, Income Protection, and other income support schemes).
Diana’s extensive background in risk management strengthens her ability to deliver best practice and a systems-based approach to NDIS services. This includes prioritising a participant’s safety and wellbeing by ensuring assessments and supports are safe, effective, and sustainable.
Diana is actively engaged in providing specialist Occupational Therapy services within the NDIS framework. Her specialist services include conducting detailed Functional & Home and Living including Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) evaluations.
Diana, who’s therapeutic approach is centred on independence, and clear communication, ensures that OT supports meet the individual’s needs, and assists participants in accessing appropriate funding and supports.
Diana is also the Director of OT Canine Solutions (link), an associated service providing canine-related assessments and supports within NDIS, as well as AAT supports.
In this role, Diana applies the same clinical, quality, and governance standards to ensure services are safe, well-managed, and clearly documented.
Martine Porter

Martine Porter is a Registered Occupational Therapist and a Certified Training Partner with the Karen Pryor Academy (KPA-CTP), specialising in assistance dog training, therapy dog training, and animal-assisted interventions. Martine is an approved assistance dog trainer through MindDog and Assistance Paws International.
Martine uniquely combines Occupational Therapy frameworks with evidence-based and force-free dog training methods to develop ethical, effective, and welfare-focused assistance and therapy dog partnerships.
Through OT Solutions, Martine provides professional canine support services including canine assessments, support and training services, within the NDIS framework. Martine’s services include canine applications; disability support programs; and Animal Assisted Therapy support services.
